c1900 Morris Chair
This circa 1900, Arts & Crafts, Morris Chair is sturdy and comfortable. It is on casters and has the original, plum color velvet upholstered cushions. William Morris designed this chair at the turn of the 19th century and it was copied by many others, including Gustav Stickley. It continues to be know at the Morris chair because of its unique reclining mechanism that allows you to recline the back of the chair into several positions.
